Meet the Founder

Medically-Tailored Meals

Sean Ferguson is the founder and visionary behind Family Health Connect NY, a free meal delivery initiative serving eligible families across New York State. Raised in New York and deeply connected to the needs of underserved communities, Sean witnessed firsthand how difficult it was for many families to maintain healthy eating habits while managing chronic conditions, financial challenges, and everyday life obstacles.

His vision: access to healthy meals should be treated as an important part of healthcare itself — not a luxury. That belief drove him to build a program under the Medicaid 1115 Waiver that delivers dignity, consistency, and nutrition directly to families who need it most.

"Healthy food is not just nutrition — it's healthcare, stability, and hope for families trying to build a better future."

— Sean Ferguson, Founder
