Sean Ferguson is the founder and visionary behind Family Health Connect NY. Raised in New York and deeply connected to the needs of underserved communities, Sean witnessed firsthand how difficult it was for many families across New York State to maintain healthy eating habits while managing medical, financial, and everyday life challenges.

After seeing how food insecurity affected families dealing with diabetes, asthma, heart disease, pregnancy-related health concerns, and other chronic conditions, Sean became passionate about creating a program that would do more than simply distribute food — building a support system that delivers dignity, consistency, and health-focused nutrition directly to families who need it most.

Under his leadership, the program focuses on daily nutritious meal delivery, support for vulnerable families, community-based healthcare solutions, and promoting long-term wellness and prevention.
